Acceptable Use Policy

Not allowed

You must not use Customelo for:

• Illegal products or services, or products you are not permitted to sell where you or your customers are located.
• Content that infringes another person's or organization's intellectual property rights, including unlicensed logos, characters, artwork, photographs, or designs used in personalized products.
• Fraud, deceptive offers, phishing, malware, or misuse of customer data.
• Hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, or harassing content.
• Content that facilitates serious violence or other unlawful harm.
• Attempts to break, overload, interfere with, or bypass the security of Customelo or other shops.
• Activities that materially disrupt the service or interfere with other users' access to Customelo.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict functionality, or suspend or terminate a shop or account that violates this policy or creates a significant risk to the service or others.

Where reasonable, we will tell you why we have taken action.
